The Board of Education recognizes the Durant Education Association as the representative unit consisting of all certified and licensed employees, excluding administrators, of the Durant Independent School District.
Negotiated Agreement
Each year, the Board of Education and the Durant Education Association negotiate an agreement concerning the employment, compensation, evaluation, and termination of certified district faculty.
