Parents can make a difference
Purpose
Parent Student Organizations play an important support role in Durant Independent School District. PSO works to aide the school and faculty by providing funds for suitable facilities and tools to assist in the teaching process.
PSO activities
A PSO holds fundraisers and special events throughout the year to raise money for field trips and classroom activities and enhancements. These activities include everything from parent dinners to workshops to student fundraising stores.
PSO hosts many events through out the year like this student parent dinner.
How you can get involved
Each school has their own PSO and/or activity booster clubs. To find out how about the different PSO's, contact the various school sites.
