Requirements for concurrent enrollment at college

Only juniors and seniors can enroll concurrently at college. To meet the minimum graduation requirements, we may include courses taken by concurrent enrollment. Students wishing to concurrently enroll must obtain:

  • a written recommendation from the counselor,
  • written permission from their parent(s),
  • and a signed statement from the principal confirming their eligibility to satisfy by spring of the senior year the high school graduation requirements including curricular requirements for college admission.

The student must also meet the following concurrent admission requirements for the college or university they would like to attend:

University of Oklahoma 24 ACT or 1090 SAT or 3.0 GPA and top 30% class rank 25 ACT or 1130 SAT or 3.5 GPA
Oklahoma State University 22 ACT or 1020 SAT or 3.0 GPA and top 33% class rank 25 ACT or 1130 SAT or 3.5 GPA
Southeastern Oklahoma State University (or any regional university) 20 ACT or 940 SAT or 3.0 GPA and top 50% class rank 23 ACT or 1060 SAT or 3.5 GPA
Murray State College (or any two-year college) 19 ACT or 900 SAT or 3.0 GPA 21 ACT or 980 SAT or 3.5 GPA
