Transfer Students

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSFER PROCESS CHANGES:

 

This year, the student transfer process has changed, due to Covid-19. Please read the directions below carefully to complete and return your application by the MARCH 1 DEADLINE. Applications will be date stamped upon return. Be sure to include signature and email address where requested on the form. 

 

NOTIFICATION FOR APPROVAL OR DENIAL WILL BE E-MAILED ON JULY 31ST, 2021.
Please be sure your e-mail address is legible. All communication concerning APPROVAL OR DENIAL of transfer applications will be through email. If you do not have an email address, you can create one for free at https://mail.google.com/ .

 

  1. Select and fill out the applicable transfer application below. Forms are fillable, so that you may type in your information prior to printing. *If you have more than 2 students, you will need to fill out more than one applications. New transfers must complete a Form A and B for each student.*
  2. PRINT the forms and Sign the parent signature lines.
  3. Take the signed forms to your residing school superintendent for his/her signature.
  4. After you have the signature and the attachment(s) completed, return them to the drop box outside of the Durant Schools Administration Office, located at 1323 Waco Street.

 

If you are unable to print the transfer application, copies may be picked up at the Durant Schools Administration Office entrance, at 1323 Waco Street.  Please PRINT LEGIBLY when completing the application. Follow steps 3-4 above to complete the transfer documents.

RETURNING STUDENT TRANSFER APPLICATION (returning transfer students that will have a sibling in Pre-K for the 2021-2022 school year will need to use this application)

NEW STUDENT TRANSFER APPLICATION (needing a transfer for the first time)
      *Must complete Form A and B for each student
