SPC Misty Williams presents DMS and Mr. Milligan with American Flags that were flown on Sept. 11, 2008 over the camp were she was stationed in Iraq. Mr Milligan gave his students an opportunity to donate items to soldiers fighting in "Operation Iraqi Freedom".
