Open Records Act

OSDE strives to make data collected from school districts easily available to educators and to the public through a variety of reports and datasets. Educators, elected officials, and other policymakers use our data to make decisions. This information can then provide support for students, help to develop school improvement plans or shape public education laws.  In accordance to 70 O.S. § 5-135.4 (OSCN 2016), School District Transparency Act, Laws 2010, SB 1633, c. 332, § 1, eff. November 1, 2010, district statements are made public by state mandate.
