Washington Irving Elementary, an award winning elementary school, where students have been reaching great heights since 1926. Our WI Family works together to create an engaging environment that promotes an excitement and eagerness for learning. Parents and community members are encouraged to participate at our school. We ask for your support, ideas and suggestions. We invite you to join our Parent Support Organization which is a vital resource for our students and teachers. The WI PSO provides generous support and funding for our extra-curricular activities by paying admission costs for WI students to attend fieldtrips, purchasing playground water fountains and other equipment, providing classrooms with specialized materials, and organizing school events such as our traditional Hotdog Howdy!
